mom! dad! and 3 fans! i have finally recorded another song!it's pretty crude and i clearly have no idea what i'm doing with garage band, but it's one i wrote a year ago for a friend and she has been really patient until now. i really just wanted to finally get it down. so, go here to listen. i think it sounds better on headphones.
also, for the record, monster truck rally is going to be axed pretty soon and replaced with something that's hopefully more tolerable and done with higher standards and more patience, but for now, i hope you like it.

Recording Tips Time: Easy on the effects. (IE Panning, Echos). Less is more. Also, tell me about how the recording went. Was it easy/hard, etc.
Beautiful voice. When are you going to let me help you record? (i.e. - turn buttons that you know the names of while mocking your every mistake)
agreed, jan. matt said the same thing. the panning is distracting, i know--i guess it felt empty without it? so...i'd love to learn some other tricks from you to get a fuller sound while still being minimal instrumentally.
it was easy to record, but i'm still using the internal mic and i did probably 3 lazy takes total. it was more of a test run. macs are hilariously fun! ^-^
